2. Appointments and Bookings

  • Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your slot may be given to another client.

  • For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in limited booking privileges.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • Prices for all services are clearly listed on our website and may vary depending on service type and length.

  • Payments can be made in cash, card, or any approved payment method at the salon.

  • All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Sadia Salon reserves the right to change prices or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please inform us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Products purchased at the salon can be returned only if unopened and within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

  • Please inform our staff about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service begins.

  • Sadia Salon follows strict hygiene and safety procedures in compliance with local health regulations.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or other health issues resulting from undisclosed conditions.
